- Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance each month. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions already billed. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions offer a discounted rate compared to monthly subscriptions. If you choose to cancel an annual subscription, a prorated refund will be issued for the remaining unused full months, less a 10% cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.
